All-Star Prep
All-Star Prep Divisions
All-Star Prep Cheer are teams developed or formulated as an alternative to traditional all-star teams. These teams do not have the same participation and/or commitment as a traditional all-star team. They are generally comprised of athletes with limited opportunity to cheer for a traditional all-star counterpart. All-Star Prep Cheer teams ARE affiliated with an all-star program.
Additional Criteria:
1. All-Star Prep Cheer may not exceed two hours of practice time per week.
2. All-Star Prep Cheer do NOT cheer for an organized sport.
3. Teams must follow the USASF Level Guidelines.
4. Athletes may NOT cross-over between All-star and All-Star Prep.
5. Individual athletes/teams may move from All-Star Prep to traditional all-star during a season, but must remain on traditional all-star for the remainder of the season.
6. Athletes must use August 31, 2012 to determine ages for the season.

Cheer America's Recreational Teams (referred to as "REC" Teams) are community teams that may or may not cheer for an organized sport. Rec Teams are NOT affiliated with an All-star Program.
